got freaked last night cause my baby had a fever (laptop…cooler…) so it triggered in my bad ass memory, which helps me tell the same story to a friend 2 times in 5 minutes, that i had forgotten to extend my warranty. shit, shit. checked and it had expired just that day (just my luck to remember exactly 3 hours after…) went online, HP help desk, filled in my name, country, selected my notebook, connecting…
since the customer experience report or whatever hasn’t been sent to me yet, i cannot post it as it is, but you’ll get the point
